CURRENT JOB OPPENINGS

Your main responsibilities:

  • Define, prepare and oversee implementation of a marketing and launch strategy tailored for every country on our business plan;
  • Align marketing plan with business objectives;
  • Manage Marketing budget across all channels aligned with the company’s business plan;
  • Identify and explore potential partners to grow our local userbase;
  • Define marketing strategies for such partners;
  • Collaborate with local third parties for campaign implementation in every country on our business plan;
  • Conduct market research on local competition for every launch;
  • Analyze campaign performance analytics and convert into business decisions directly with top management;
  • Work closely with company management to constantly optimize campaign strategy and customer acquisition costs;
  • Establish company brand book and identity.

Essential skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing management (international outlook is helpful);
  • Experience in a similar role in a start-up or entrepreneurial business culture is an advantage;
  • Proficient English;
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive attitude;
  • Ability to create and understand a marketing strategy for specific markets;
  • Creative, outside of the box thinker;
  • The use and interpretation of business analytics on campaigns;
  • A basic sport understanding and interest is an advantage.

Job Description

· Write RESTful APIs for mobile and web apps;
· Write reliable, scalable, and consistent code;
· Building and integrating with 3rd party APIs.

Qualifications

· Knowledgeable with Node.js: 2 years of experience with backend & frontend Node.js development;
· Worked with NO SQL databases: you have working experience with MongoDB
· Experience with web sockets and APIs;
· You know the basics of versioning systems and how to use them;
· You are motivated to understand the betting business, to know our users, their needs, and deliver results;
· Communicating in English is no problem for you;
· Experience in working with micro-service architectures or with DevOps: Docker/AWS/Azure is an advantage;
· Experience with integrating front-end technologies and frameworks: React + Redux, knowledge of JavaScript as well as Browser APIs, Typescript is an advantage.

Job Description

  • Plan, create, publish and share engaging content on a daily basis on our social media channels that builds meaningful connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand;
  • Write creative content for newsletters and other digital materials, when necessary;
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor their reviews;
  • Monitor online appearances and propose RTMs (real time marketing actions);
  • Identify, monitor and analyze our competitors content and social media strategy;
  • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns;
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions;
  • Implement and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads;

Qualifications

  • Proven social media management experience;
  • Hands on experience in content management;
  • Ability to deliver creative content;
  • Proficient English;
  • Creativity, enthusiasm and proactive attitude;
  • Ability to anticipate new trends on social media;
  • Good time management and analytical skills;
  • High affinity to sports is an advantage;
  • Good skills using Photoshop or similar is a plus.

Job Description

  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities;
  • Managing delivery of the project according to companies business plan;
  • Designing and delivering presentations to main stakeholders;
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders (Fun Clubs, Pubs, Sport Event’s locations);
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the projects are successfully delivered;
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of project management experience or experience in a similar role (start-up/ NGO/ fast paced environments represents a plus);
  • Proficient English;
  • Great Excel & PowerPoint skills; 
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive attitude;
  • Analytical skills are necessary in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project;
  • High affinity to sports is a plus;
  • Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once;
  • A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & presentation skills;
  • Be a good team player
